As a repair facility we have worked with many vendors with new, used and remanufactured parts. I was searching for a wheel for a customer on a 2018 Chevy Silverado. I called multiple places and was unable to locate one. I finally stumbled upon Aesop, specifically Peyton Blom, one of their sales professionals. He was very professional from the start. He was quick and shipped the wheel out. We received the wheel and it was unfortunately damaged. I emailed Payton and without hesitation he sent us a new one at no charge. The second wheel came and was also damaged and not up to par for our customer. I reached out to Payton, once again with no hesitation, he made it right! This is not something we experience often in the automotive industry and want to ensure Payton is recognized for his amazing customer service, professionalism, and understanding.
